 WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE? 
A: 12 month lease agreements are available.
 

 IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN THE WAITLIST? 
A: There is a $50 reservation fee.
 

 IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? 
A: Yes, there is on-site parking available for $65 per month.
 

 IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE? 
A: Yes. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building or on the grounds.
 

 WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS? 
A: Community amenities include: Community room, fitness center, 24-hour emergency  maintenance, rooftop terrace, courtyard veranda, on-site parking, and on-site bike storage.
 

 WHAT TYPES OF LOFTS ARE OFFERED? 
A: 1 and 2 bedroom lofts.
 

 CAN I TOUR THE LOFTS OR SEE A MODEL UNIT? 
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. Visit our gallery and floor plans pages. You may also call to schedule a tour of our community. If a loft is available to show, we will show at that time.
 

 WHAT IS THE PET POLICY? 
A: Buzza Lofts is a pet-friendly community! 

- Limit of 2 cats or 1 dog per apartment home.
- Pet Deposit: $400 (Refundable) per pet, due at time of move-in
- Pet Rent: $20 per month, per pet

Some breed & other restrictions may apply. Please call for full details.
 

 WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT? 
A: To hold a loft, a reservation fee of $300 is required and will be applied to your security deposit.
 

 CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY? 
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire. 

Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
 

 WHAT IF I VISIT THE WEBSITE AND ALL APARTMENTS ARE RESERVED? 
A: You may sign up for our reservation list and will be placed on a waiting list. If you provide your e-mail address, we will send you updates as soon as something becomes available.
 

 IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED? 
A: No.
 

 WHEN DO THE LOFTS BECOME AVAILABLE? 
A: Availability dates and move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice to move out. Join our reservation list here.
 

 ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS? 
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
 

 WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT? 
A: Heating, gas(hot water), water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, cable, telephone and internet.
 

 HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY? 
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
 
Income Qualifications

Buzza Uptown Lofts participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:

- 1 Occupant: $37,980
- 2 Occupants: $43,440
- 3 Occupants: $48,840
- 4 Occupants: $54,240
 

 WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS? 
A: Available loft amenities include: washer and dryer in each home, Formica countertops, Granite countertop islands (in select units), dishwasher, sealed concrete floors, high 12 ft. ceilings, oversized windows, exposed brick and other historic features.
