move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice

LIMITATIONS? A: A maximum of 2 occupants
per bedroom is permitted.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN
THE RENT? A: Heating, gas(hot water),
water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent. The resident is
responsible for electricity, cable, telephone and internet.
HOW DO I INCOME
QUALIFY? A: Buzza Lofts
participates in an affordable housing program. Applicants
must meet the following income qualifications:
The Household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any
deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social
security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest
income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring
gifts from family/friends, etc. Third-party verification will be
required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may

ACCEPTED? A: Yes, we do accept
housing choice vouchers. All applicants must meet Section 42
Low Income Tax Credit income restrictions. Applicants should
be aware that Section 42 Low Income Tax Credit limits may exceed
Housing Choice Voucher payment standards.

include: washer and dryer in each home, Formica countertops,
Granite countertop islands (in select units), dishwasher, sealed
concrete floors, high 12 ft. ceilings, oversized windows, exposed
brick and other historic features.
